FAQ

For your first class, comfortable athletic wear is fine. We recommend loose-fitting pants and a t-shirt. After joining, you'll receive a traditional karate uniform (gi).

No experience is necessary! We welcome complete beginners and provide step-by-step instruction. Our instructors will guide you through the basics at your own pace.

We offer programs for children as young as 6 years old. Our kids' program focuses on discipline, respect, and basic techniques in a fun, safe environment.
